Options for Services for Specific Events:
Inflatables, Characters, Face painting, horse/pony rides, game truck, petting zoo farm, inflatables movie screen (with additional amenities per request), tables/chairs, tents, private dinners, and catering.
Guest Access (minimal):
Each guest will have access to a full sized kitchen (for warming or cooling only), outdoor grill, bathroom, and outdoor pavilion space, 6ft tables (3), 12 chairs. Others items may be added for an additional fee.
Cost:
4 hour time slot (2 options) - 10a-2p or 3p-7p @ starts @ $300
12 hour time slot - 7a-7p @ starts @ $1000
24 hour event (i.e. campaign watch party) start @ $2000
Parking:
Location can accommodate up to 20 cars max on property site. Management will be on site to assist with parking.
NO ALCOHOL OR SMOKING ON PROPERTY
YOU MUST RESERVE & PAY FOR ALL TIME YOU NEED ON THE PROPERTY. This includes any setup, decoration, catering, etc. before your event, AND clean-up, take down, etc. after your event.
